TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
- Estimates are valid for thirty days (for acceptance) after
the issue date.
- Estimates are to be accepted only by the person duly authorised
to do so.
- All the materials remain the property of R&D Hitch
Ltd until such time as all accounts are fully satisfied.
- Whilst every endeavour will be made to complete any works
within a specified timescale, no guarantees will be made.
- Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Directors,
our prices only cover working during normal working hours.
Any works carried out outside normal hours may be subject
to extra charges.
- On new building works, interim payments are required after
1st fixing.
- Account terms are strictly nett 30 days unless other arrangements
are agreed by the Directors in writing. Non account customers,
payment becomes payable upon receipt of our invoice.
- Our company operates a Quality Assurance programme which
ensures high quality workmanship and materials. Our Quality
Manual is available for inspection. REF: QMF8
